She would normally receive a small bundt cake .. Or she would just perchase one herself. It's traditional, but she's not against having something a bit different, such as a nice berry pie or a blancmange.

11. what's their go to plastic penny-candy/ pick-and-mix/ bulk candy bag?

Though she was never a fan of gum, Kitt does enjoy saltwater taffy. As a child, she used to watch the candy makers at the local sweet shop Zukaro's work the taffy puller and it always looked fun to her. She also enjoys butterscotch and chocolate coins, of course XD

15. what was my character's favourite dessert growing up? is it still the same now, or is it something else?

Chocolate was and will always be a favorite for Kitt, whether it would be in cake or candy form. She always did like when the sweet would have a nice fruity filling like raspberry, cherry, or orange. As she's gotten older, she gained a taste for mildly tart flavors such as lemon. As a child, she never would've liked lemon cake.
